My way to cure my children's diarrhea and stomach flu

When my kids have diarrhea, especially the one accompanied with profuse vomiting, I do my best (but do not always succeed, to be honest) to act rationally and fast enough and not to panic or get angry. The right diet is essential.

 An interesting article made me think about how kids try to manage their weight. The study focuses on the spread of vegetarianism among teenagers lately and whether this actually is the new disguise for an eating disorder.
So, having in mind my own bad relationship with food - I am really concerned if my own kids would be smarter than me and treat food just as food - not as comfort or punishment...

I blog – ergo, I exist

Well, we have to admit it, it seems to have become part of today’s life. If we do not blog we are practically ghosts. Ok, ok, we kind of exist but only to those “gifted ones” that are able to hear our voices in the old conventional way – say, on the phone or in a regular face-to-face conversation. How old-fashioned!
